I used this designer to stage my house before putting it on the market. She was great. Very pleasant to work with. Loved that she used my own furniture and made them come to lift! She took me shopping and advised me on a few purchases, things I was willing to buy. Then she brought in her own accessories and coordinated each room. My home has been transformed. Cathy of CR Interior Design helped us with our new home by providing recommendations for integration of finishes. Sounds simple, and I’m very comfortable selecting elements, but you’re a better than I am if you can tell from tiny paint swatches, a piece of flooring and a cupboard door whether it will actually all go together. Cathy did a great job on that, balancing my furnishing preferences with all finishes in this brand new home. She is also very comfortable with digital communication, which made communication very easy (I live in a different state, am moving to the state where Cathy lives.)

I hired Cathy Reed to stage the main floor and upstairs of my home to make it more appealing to buyers while we lived there. Cathy did an excellent job of pulling out colors that I already had yet giving it a pop that I wouldn’t have thought of on my own. She asked about our two daughters’ favorite colors and got to know one of them a little before choosing their bedroom decor. I was so surprised to see that she really incorporated our daughter’s interests into her bedroom so that it not only looked inviting to potential buyers but was a fun space for her. Our other daughter didn’t get to meet her but, when she saw her bedroom, said, “Wow! We should have hired her a long time ago.” |
